- Provide churches of any size with the most biblically saturated and affordable process as possible.
- Provide Missouri Baptist facilitators that understand the context and challenges unique to Missouri.
The pastor plus 5-6 key leaders in the church work as the church’s ReFocus team.
(Other leaders and members are intentionally involved before and after the formal ReFocus process.)
